PWR’s personnel division have worked hard to become an employer of choice for experienced 
emergency services and response personnel by demonstrating our commitment to not only
meeting the clients brief but also placing correctly personnel in positions which match their skills, experience and ambition.

We back this up by offering a personal service and offering unparalleled training and development opportunities via our in-house training centre.

We are able to provide personnel on a short, medium and long term basis as well as offering a placement
service for clients who require long-term personnel or wish to build an in-house team.

SECURITY OFFICERS

Our security personnel are experienced in operating in remote and isolated areas under extreme conditions both at mining, construction sites, gatehouses and accommodation facilities. Our security personnel are experienced in enforcing site HSE policy and procedures and are trained in the use of Cardax (SURESITE) gatehouse systems. All security personnel are supported by highly experienced security managers who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience from years working in the security field.

EMERGENCY SERVICES OFFICERS (ESO)

The core function of an Emergency Services Officer is to maintain an operations readiness to respond to an emergency on site. This includes but is not limited to equipment maintenance, skills maintenance and the development and training of a volunteer Emergency Response Team. Our ESO’s also have extensive experience of mine maintenance and shutdown.

MEDICS, PARAMEDICS & NURSES

The roles and responsibilities of a PWR site based medical personnel are to provide emergency, diagnostic and therapeutic treatment to personnel on site. PWR medical personnel operate under the policies and procedures that are regulated by our clinical practise guidelines and protocols to ensure compliance with the best industry standards.

PWR can operate under client clinical management procedures or as a self-managed medical service. We have experience in providing a single medic right up to providing a fully stocked and manned remote mine medical centre.

SAFETY ADVISORS

Our Health and Safety advisors are responsible for assisting with the management of the health and safety function on site as well as facilitating with statutory requirements and Company Standards, policies and procedures.
