TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. PAYMENT TERMS
  2. The terms of payment are strictly thirty (30) days (or such other period as nominated by PWR) from the date of invoice.
  3. PWR must be notified of any discrepancies within 7 days of the invoice date, otherwise the invoice will be deemed accepted and will be paid within payment terms.
  4. Should payment terms not be adhered to PWR reserves the right to take debt collection action for recovery of debt. If legal action is taken the customer may be liable to pay any costs involved in the recovery of the debt.

 

  1. PRICING
  2. a) PRICE ADJUSTMENTS – PWR are entitled to adjust any price quoted to account for variations in the cost of the goods and services ordered by reason the cost of materials, freight charges, hours of work and other conditions.

 

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE ORDER
  2. ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE PRICE – The Purchase Price of the goods and/or service provided is as per the Quotation and unless otherwise stated PWR will be entitled to receive payment in full of the Purchase Price within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice. PWR reserves the right to charge in addition to the Purchase Price, any increase in the cost of the goods between the date of this agreement and the date of arrival of the goods.
  3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS– Acceptance of our terms and conditions is automatic when a purchase order is placed and the goods and/or service is received by you.

 

  1. RETURNS AND CREDITS
  2. RETURNS AND CREDIT POLICY ON GOODS – PWR must be notified immediately if there is an issue with the goods received. All claims for shortages or incorrectly supplied goods must be made within 5 business days after receipt of goods/ service performed. Any return that is an error on PWR’s behalf will be subject to a credit note. Goods returned due to ordering errors will be subject to a restocking fee.
  3. POLICY ON DEFECTS – PWR must be notified in writing of any defect in the material or workmanship of the goods within seven (7) days of becoming aware of such defect. Any notice to PWR must include the date of delivery of the goods, as well as full details of the alleged defect and/or faulty parts. You will not use the goods/equipment in any way, after you have become aware of any defect or fault in the goods until the such goods have been repaired by PWR.

 

  1. INSTALLATIONS AND SERVICING
  2. COST OF SERVICE/INSTALLATION – The pricing on the Quotation provided to you is an estimate only. Additional charges may apply should additional parts need to be used at the time of service/installation.
